I did not build GuardOps in an office. I built it on the job.
I am Sayed Qureshi, the founder of GuardOps, and I am a working security guard. I stand the posts, run the patrols, and file the same reports your guards file. I built this product while still doing the job, because I lived the problems it solves. I was not watching from a distance. I was the one clocking in for the shift.
Every feature comes from something I saw go wrong in the field. Checkpoints nobody could prove were covered. Incident notes lost on paper by the end of the week. Schedules pieced together over text messages. Owners who could not show a client what their guards actually did. I built GuardOps to fix the exact things that slowed me down on my own shifts, so a security company can prove its work and run its team without the guesswork.
I built this for the way guards actually work, because I am one of them.
