Accessibility Statement

Statement date July 4, 2026 · Operated by Bizalux LLC, Kent, Washington, USA

1. Our Commitment

GuardOps, operated by Bizalux LLC, is a workforce management platform for security companies. We want everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies, to be able to use the GuardOps web dashboard and marketing site.

GuardOps aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a target we work toward across the product; this statement reflects our own internal review of the Service and has not been verified by an independent third-party audit.

2. Measures We Take

To support accessibility across GuardOps, we build the product with the following measures:

  • Semantic landmarks and headings so screen-reader users can navigate pages by region and heading structure.
  • Keyboard operability interactive controls are reachable and usable with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
  • Labeled controls and form fields buttons, inputs, and other controls carry accessible names for screen readers.
  • Accessible dialogs modal dialogs trap focus while open, are labeled, and return focus when dismissed.
  • Status announcements success and error feedback for asynchronous actions is announced to assistive technologies.
  • Reduced motion support animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion operating-system setting.
  • High-contrast dark theme the interface uses a dark theme designed for strong text contrast.
  • Skip-to-content link keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation and jump straight to the main content.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Service do not yet meet the standard we are aiming for:

  • Live map view. The live guard map is a visual canvas and is not directly readable by screen readers. Equivalent data is available in accessible tables on the Guards and Patrol Scans pages, and the map page includes a text summary of the same information.
  • PDF report exports. Exported PDF reports may have limited tagging, which can affect how well they work with screen readers.
  • Third-party content. Some content or services provided by third parties may not meet the same accessibility standard.

4. Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of GuardOps. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in an alternative format, please contact us:

Email: info@getguardops.com

We commit to responding to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
